Terms of Service

1. Who we are

XEasy is operated by Ryan Lok ("we"). These terms are the agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using XEasy you agree to them. Contact: support@xeasy.io.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use XEasy for a company or other organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

XEasy helps you manage your own X (Twitter) account: it tracks follower changes, shows analytics, generates draft posts and replies with AI, and publishes content you approve through X's official API. The browser extension shows the same tools next to posts on x.com.

XEasy is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp. You must also follow X's Terms of Service, Rules and Automation Rules.

3. Your account and your X account

Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may connect only X accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for everything published from your accounts, including content drafted by AI and approved by you.

Automations (scheduled posting, auto-plug, reposts, keyword DMs) run only after you switch them on. You can disconnect X at any time in Settings or in your X account settings.

4. Teams

The owner of a team pays for its seats, decides who joins and can remove members. Members can see and act on the X accounts the owner shares with the team. When a member leaves, their seat is removed from the next bill.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use XEasy to send spam, to post identical content across multiple accounts, to mass-follow or mass-unfollow, to harass anyone, or to break any law or X's rules.

Do not resell or share access to XEasy, probe or overload it, or copy it by scraping or reverse engineering. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans, trials and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Checkout, payment and invoices are handled by Stripe. For most purchases, Stripe's Link acts as the reseller and merchant of record: it is the seller named on your receipt, and it calculates and collects the sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Prices on our site exclude tax; checkout shows the tax and, where offered, the amount in your local currency before you pay.

Trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before they end. Switching plans during a trial ends the trial and starts billing at once. Plan changes after that are prorated.

AI credits are included with each plan, reset at the start of each billing period, do not roll over and have no cash value. Plan limits (accounts, followers, posts, DMs, credits and others) are listed on the pricing page.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

If XEasy isn't right for you, email support@xeasy.io within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewals and partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where the service was unavailable for a long period because of us.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. If you live in the EU or UK, this policy does not reduce your statutory rights.

8. AI-generated content

Drafts are suggestions. They can be wrong or unsuitable; review everything before approving it.

9. Your content

You own the content you create and publish. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run XEasy for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings once any subscription is cancelled. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, owes payment, or puts other users or our access to X at risk; where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and liability

XEasy depends on third-party services (including X and data providers) and may change or be interrupted. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, followers or reach, or action X takes on your account, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by content you publish or by your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the laws of your country give you and that cannot be waived.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
